Before you order

How an order travels

The route from a listing on this site to boxes on your floor runs through our retail partner. Here is what happens at each step and who is holding it.

The handover

Every buy button here opens the listing at our retail partner. From that point the order is theirs: they take the payment, they hold the stock, they pack it and they hand it to the carrier. Nothing about the order passes through this site.

What we can tell you before the handover

  • The size of the cover and the tables it covers, to the inch.
  • How many pieces are in the box, and how many boxes a room of a given size needs.
  • The shade, and which other lines that same shade runs through.
  • The price and rating as they stood when this page was built.

What only the partner can tell you

  • Whether it is in stock right now, and how many are left.
  • The delivery date for your address.
  • The carrier, the tracking and where the box is today.
  • Anything at all about a charge on your card.

Timing a party

Order the cloth before you order anything perishable. Covers and chargers keep in the box indefinitely, so an early delivery costs you nothing but shelf space, while a late one leaves you setting bare tables.

If a shade matters, order the whole room in one go. Film is dyed in runs, and two boxes bought a month apart are not guaranteed to be the same run.

Still unsure which box

Count the tables first and let the table plan do the division. If the room is odd, write and we will work it out with you.
