That is a desk with a post box, not a shop. There is no counter, nothing hanging on a rail and nothing to hold against the light. Please do not send anything back to it either: goods go to the retail partner who filled the order, and the route is on the size and returns page.

What we cannot see

Anything to do with your order lives with the retail partner: the confirmation, the tracking, the card charge, the refund. We have no window into it at all, so a question about a parcel is faster asked there than here.

Getting an answer sooner

• Give the table: shape, and the length or the diameter across the top.
• Give the count of tables, not the count of guests.
• Say whether you want the cloth to reach the floor or stop short of it.
• Name the listing if you already have one in mind.
