Before you order

If the size is off

Most of what goes wrong with a table cover is arithmetic, and arithmetic can be checked before you buy. Here is how to avoid it, and what to do when it happens anyway.

Check the drop before you order

Measure the table across the top, not the cloth. A 60 inch round under an 84 inch cover has 12 inches of drop on every side; the same cover on a 48 inch round has 18, which is the floor. Every listing prints this table by table, and the table plan does it for a whole room at once.

If it arrives and it is wrong

Returns go through our retail partner, because they are who you bought from and who has the order. Start from your order history with them, and their terms are the ones that apply.

Do not post anything to the address in our footer. That desk cannot take goods in, and a parcel sent there does not reach the partner.

Before you send it back

  • Leave the box unopened if you can. An unopened pack is a simpler conversation than an opened one, wherever you bought it.
  • Check the size printed on the box against the size on the listing. If they disagree, that is worth telling us as well as them.
  • Photograph the cloth on the table before you take it off. If the drop is not what we said, we want to see it.

When the fault is ours

If a listing on this site gives the wrong size, the wrong pack count or the wrong shade, that is a mistake in our catalog and we want to know about it. Write to the back room with the listing and what you measured, and it gets corrected the same day.
